About the Founder:
Marshall Doyle is the owner and a pivotal figure in the business world, residing in Eugene, OR with his wife Patty. His innovative approach and strategic mindset have driven the substantial growth of his ventures. Marshall purchased Cal-Cert Company in 1999, transforming it from a small two-person operation into a leader in calibration services with over 60 employees, achieving this through more than 30 acquisitions. Although now owned by private equity, Marshall remains a shareholder and board member.
Marshall's entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond Cal-Cert. He owns many businesses of his own and now focuses on real estate, business advisory services around acquisition, and small business investment through Beck Investment Group LLC.
His dedication to helping small businesses is evident in his role on the Regulatory Fairness Board and his ongoing support for the SBDC, which played a crucial role in his growth as a business owner. Awarded the Oregon Small Business Person of the Year by the SBA in 2019, Marshall also serves on the Oregon SBDC State Advisory Board and has been involved in business mentoring since 2002.
Marshall specializes in business growth through acquisition, operational structure, team building, and financial strategies. His passion lies in helping business owners overcome mental barriers to achieve their full potential, both personally and professionally.
